Do you really want Cheap?

OK I know everyone searches for cheap this and cheap that - but do we really mean cheap?

Cheap is defined as "Low in price, especially in relation to similar items or services'" and also "inexpensive because of inferior quality." Personally I'm always delighted to get a bargain meaning I've paid a lot less for something of a known quality. But buying something cheap because its a lower price although you know its poorer quality is much less satisfying. It only makes me wish I had more money to spend.

Now when it comes to furniture I guess poorer quality is fine if, for example, you're a landlord furnishing student accommodation. But when buying for your own home surely most of us prefer cheap meaning good quality but at reduced prices? The internet is a great place to find cheap wardrobes because retailers have lower overheads (so can charge lower prices) than their bricks and mortar counterparts. Choose an internet retailer with a good reputation - and low prices of course - pay by credit card for extra security and enjoy the benefits of a new cheap wardrobe.
